Who operates this website

Desert Horizon Robotics is operated by Desert Horizon Trading LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For questions about information you share with us, contact info@deserthorizon.ae.

Enquiries and orders

Information you provide in an enquiry or order is used to respond, arrange supply and delivery, and support the transaction. The enquiry form prepares a message for you to review and send through WhatsApp. Email enquiry links similarly open a draft in your chosen service. Those external services receive the message when you choose to use them and are governed by their own policies.

Checkout collects the contact and billing information needed to process an order. Payment is handled through Ziina. This website does not ask you to send payment-card details in an enquiry message. Delivery arrangements are agreed separately before dispatch.

Optional Google Analytics and advertising measurement

If you allow measurement in the cookie panel, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand traffic sources, approximate geographic areas, device types, pages and products viewed, basket activity, enquiry handoffs and completed purchases. Measurement uses browser identifiers and cookies. We do not deliberately send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses or enquiry-message contents to Analytics.

Order measurement includes an order reference, product identifiers, quantities, currency and amounts; it does not include customer contact or billing fields. A click to WhatsApp or email indicates an enquiry handoff, not proof that a message was sent or received.

Optional measurement starts only after permission. Essential shopping, security and basket functions work without it. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing permission stops the site’s optional event tracking and clears the related browser cookies where accessible.

Essential storage and service providers

The shop uses essential session and security functions, and browser storage to remember your basket and comparison choices. Website hosting, transactional email and payment providers process information needed to provide their respective services. Google processes optional measurement information under its own service terms and privacy policy and may process information outside your country.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for further information.
